One Linen Dress, Four Ways
A good summer dress is one decision that covers a whole day. The Cocoa Linen Swing Dress — deep cocoa linen, scoop neck, wide straps, knee length, A-line swing, and a roomy patch pocket at the side — is built to be worn four different ways without ever looking like four different dresses.
Sleeveless cocoa linen swing dress with scoop neck, wide straps and side patch pocket
₹1,550 Shop now1. On its own, in the heat
Strappy sandals, nothing else. The A-line swing means the fabric doesn't touch you below the ribs, which is the whole argument for a swing cut in 38°C. The side pocket takes a phone so you can leave the bag.
2. Over a shirt, when the season turns
Layer a white shirt underneath — collar out at the neck, sleeves out at the arms, dress worn straight over the top. It turns a sleeveless summer dress into something you can wear in October, and the contrast of white against cocoa does most of the styling for you.
3. As a pinafore, over trousers
Knee-length and A-line means it works over slim trousers. Cream or ecru underneath keeps it light; black underneath makes it sharper. This is the version that goes to work.
4. With a vest, for shape
The dress is deliberately loose. If you want a waist, add one — the Dusk Linen Wrap Vest over the top, tied at the side, gives you a defined line without a belt digging in. Dusty lilac-grey against cocoa is a softer pairing than it sounds.
Why cocoa and not black
Black linen shows every crease as a shadow and every speck of dust as lint. Cocoa hides both, sits warm against Indian skin tones, and still goes with cream, white, ecru, indigo and olive. It's the neutral that behaves like black without the maintenance.

How long is knee length on a taller frame?
It sits at or just above the knee on most heights, and higher if you're over 5'8". Sizing runs XS to 4XL — check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
Will linen crease through the day?
Yes, and it's meant to. A swing cut creases less than a fitted one because the fabric hangs free rather than folding at the waist.
