We make our pieces with a lot of care — and we want you to actually love wearing them. If something isn't right when your order arrives, we'll sort it out. Here's how it works.

Exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, or you'd rather have something else, head to the link above and pick what you'd like instead.

  • Size swap on the same product — free, no questions.
  • Want a different product? Pick anything on vunn.in within ₹300 of what you paid (above or below) and we'll swap it for you. No top-ups, no balance — just an even trade.
  • Reverse pickup and forward delivery are both on us.

Not sure about size? Don't return — WhatsApp us first. We'll walk you through the measurements properly and send the right fit, free of cost. Fit is something we genuinely care about getting right.

Damages, defects, or wrong item?

We're really sorry — that shouldn't happen and we'll make it right. Just raise a request at returns.vunn.in within 7 days of delivery and add a clear photo so we can see what you're seeing. We'll either replace the piece or add the full amount as store credit, whichever you'd prefer.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued as VUNN store credit — it sits in your account and you can use it on anything, anytime, on vunn.in. We don't refund to the original payment method.
  2. Store credit is for the full amount you paid. If you use it on something pricier later, you just pay the difference at checkout.

A few things to keep in mind

  • Requests need to be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The piece should come back unworn, unwashed, and with its tags — basically, the way it arrived. We can't take back items that have been worn or altered.
  • Once a return is raised, it can't be cancelled — so please pick carefully.
  • Products marked final sale at checkout aren't eligible — we'll always say so clearly on the product page.

FAQ

My order shows "not delivered" but I have it in hand — can I still raise a request?
Yes, please go ahead on returns.vunn.in. Our team will verify on our end and process it.

How long does the exchange take?
Once we receive your return, we try and ship the new piece out as soon as possible, depending on availability.
